How we work
The team.
Six agents with one job each, and a person who directs them.
Each agent has its own playbook, written and refined by us, and works on one part of your brand. They do not chat among themselves in the dark: each one hands its work to the next in a written document.
- Brand strategist: research, positioning, personality and messages.
- Content strategist: tone of voice, sitemap, page structures and copy.
- Art director: typography, colour, imagery and graphic language.
- UX/UI designer: flows, wireframes, tokens and components.
- Motion designer: how the brand moves, and the signature moment.
- Engineer: the website, built, tested and kept up to date.
A person directs all of them, reads every document and makes every decision. If something misfires, a person owns it.
One phase at a time.
Nothing moves until you approve it.
Every phase ends with a document in plain language: the brand platform, the content strategy, the visual direction, the UX and UI design and the motion spec. You read it, ask questions, change it or approve it.
Only an approved document becomes the input for the next phase. That is how the machines stay on your brand instead of drifting into the average of everything they have seen.
You can start with any phase. If an earlier one is missing, we write a short version first, so nothing is designed in a vacuum.
Our rules.
What the machines will never do.
- No fake people. We never generate people and present them as real.
- No fake proof. Reviews, figures and quotes come from real sources, and we link to them.
- No content for the sake of content. Every piece has a job.
- No black boxes. You can see which agent did what, and why.
- No decision without a person. A person approves every phase.
- No lock-in. Your site is plain, modern code, and it is yours.
We are open about this because trust is the point. Most people now assume brand content is generated, and many trust it less for that. Showing our work is how we earn it back.
Questions.
What people ask before they start.
